All of our chocolates are made with the finest Callebaut Belgian chocolate. We temper white, milk, and semisweet chocolate by hand in each store to make some of the purest chocolate products you have ever tasted.
Our most popular is Ed’s Giant Tortoises. We cook our caramel on the store’s stove-top using Ed’s recipe and pour puddles of it on pecans, then dip it all in Callebaut chocolate. We make them in both semisweet and milk chocolate.
