Among our 150 premium ice cream and gelato recipes, some we feature only during special holidays to satisfy those seasonal cravings. Beginning in early September to early December you can enjoy our famous Pumpkin ice cream; that’s followed by Christmas and Holiday flavours like the popular Candy-Cane and Baileys Cream ice creams. Stout ice cream is available to help celebrate St Patrick’s Day and other special events.  

 

In summer, we make Sangria or Mojito sorbets using, of course, real wine and rum.

 

Holidays also means we ramp up our in-store production of special chocolates – truffles for Valentine’s Day, chocolate bunnies and eggs for Easter, Christmas trees, wreaths and other special chocolates for the Holiday Season.
